RED BUD, Ill. – State Rep. Nathan Reitz, D-Steeleville, is hosting satellite office hours later this month to help make the services of his constituent service office more easily accessible to residents of Southern Illinois.
“Hearing the thoughts and concerns of our friends, family and neighbors helps me to be a strong voice for Southern Illinois in Springfield,” said Reitz. “There are a lot of issues facing the state of Illinois. I want to hear the ideas and perspectives of the folks I represent and discuss how we can work to get the state back on track.”
Residents will have two opportunities to visit Rep. Reitz for satellite office hours on Tues., Aug. 20:
- Sparta City Hall, located at 114 W. Jackson St. in Sparta, 5 to 6 p.m.
- Steeleville Village Hall, located at 107 W. Broadway in Steeleville, 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
“There are also many services available through my office. My office can assist with accessing state-related services, and applying for concealed carry licenses or FOID cards,” continued Reitz. “I am honored to serve our region as our new state Representative. I encourage local residents to stop by my satellite office hours to share their thoughts with me so that I can continue being a strong voice for our families in Springfield.”
