ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. – Continuing his efforts to visit local institutions around his district, state Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, toured the Round Lake Library and learned about what the library is doing to help the community. Over the summer, the library has been providing free lunches to children during the weekdays, as well as holding summer reading clubs to keep children stimulated during the summer months. The library also provides passport services and 3D printing, among other services.

“The Round Lake Library has done a fantastic job catering to our students over the summer,” said Yingling. “While summer break is a time for students to relax, it is also important for them to stay engaged in their education. I appreciate all the hard work the library puts into educating our students throughout the year, especially when school is out!”
