BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. – In an effort to reach out to the community, state Rep. Daniel Didech, D-Buffalo Grove, is holding multiple ‘Donuts with Dan’ events during the month of July.

“These community conversations are the most important part of my job,” said Didech. “I want to hear about the issues facing people in our community and discuss what they want to see happen in Springfield.”

The first gathering will take place at on Saturday, July 13 at 11 a.m. in the Cook Room of the Indian Trails Public Library, located at 355 Schoenbeck Rd. in Wheeling. The second event will take place on Saturday, July 20 at 11a.m. in Meeting Room B, located at the Fremont Public Library, located at 1170 N. Midlothian Rd. in Mundelein. Didech hopes community members will come out to meet with him face-to-face and join the conversation.

“Everyone is welcome to come to these events and speak their minds about whatever issues matter most to them,” said Didech. “I always come away from these conversations with a better idea of what I need to do to represent the district, and I expect nothing less from our July conversations.”
