BUFFALO GROVE, Ill. – State Rep. Daniel Didech, D-Buffalo Grove, is inviting residents to discuss state and local issues over a cup of coffee at his “Donuts with Dan” event taking place on Saturday, June 29 in Lincolnshire.

“Now that the legislature has adjourned for the spring, I want to take this chance to speak with people in our community directly,” said Didech. “The General Assembly has accomplished a lot, but there is also a lot we still need to do, both later this year and into 2020.”

The event will be held on Saturday, June 29 in the main meeting room of the Vernon Area Public Library located at 300 Olde Half Day Rd. in Lincolnshire. The event will feature complimentary pastries and coffee starting at 12:30 p.m. Didech hopes the event will be a productive conversation on the direction of Illinois.

“Representing our community in Springfield means staying in touch with what our families and neighborhoods need from the state government,” said Didech. “I hope the community will come join me at this event and let me know what they need from me when the legislature is back in session.”
