ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. – To answer questions about state issues and help residents navigate state agencies, staff of state Rep. Mark Walker, D-Arlington Heights, will host satellite office hours beginning Wednesday, April 3 at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library, and Thursday, April 18 at the Mount Prospect Public Library from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

“Hosting our extended office hours throughout the district is a great opportunity for constituents to more conveniently receive the help and services my office provides,” Walker said. “We decided on a time of 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. to make our office more available to residents working during normal business hours.”

On the first Wednesday of each month, extended office hours will be held at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library located at 500 N Dunton Ave. On the third Thursday of each month, office hours will be at the Mount Prospect Public Library, located at 10 S Emerson St.

Residents can always reach out to Walker’s office during normal business hours at 847-749-1137 or Contact@StateRepWalker53.com. They may also visit his office shared with state Sen. Ann Gillespie, D-Arlington Heights, at 120 W. Eastman St., Suite 207 in Arlington Heights.

“This legislative session has been very productive covering many different and important issues,” Walker said. “It’s one of my jobs as a representative to make sure my constituents are informed about what’s happening in Springfield. That’s why I encourage folks to stop by these satellite office hours.”
