Mason to Host Open House at District Office

GURNEE, Ill. – State Rep. Joyce Mason, D-Gurnee, will be holding an open house at her district office at 36100 Brookside Drive, Suite LL 60 in Gurnee on Saturday, April 13 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.

“Any opportunity that allows me to hear my constituents’ thoughts and concerns is valuable to me as a legislator,” said Mason. “I am really looking forward to this event as a fun way to connect with my community, hear new ideas and share updates about pending legislation.”

Mason’s open house will serve as an opportunity for constituents to get to know their representative in a casual setting. Donuts will be provided from locally owned Gurnee Donuts, along with coffee, juice and fruit. “I hope this will serve as a welcoming opportunity for residents from all corners of the district to meet with me and to familiarize themselves with our main office for constituent services,” said Mason. “For those who are unable to attend next Saturday, my office also regularly holds satellite office hours in Antioch, Winthrop Harbor and Zion. Additionally, constituents are always welcome to visit my Gurnee office during regular business hours.”
