“Speaking to people in their neighborhoods about what matters most to them is the most important part of being a representative,” Didech said. “Sitting down face-to-face with residents over a cup of coffee helps me understand what our community cares about, and what I can do to help.”
‘Donuts with Dan’ will be a reoccurring neighborhood gathering, with the next event taking place at the Buffalo Restaurant, located at 1180 W. Lake Cook Rd. Buffalo Grove on Monday, March 11 at 10:30 a.m. Didech invites residents to enjoy complimentary pastries and an open discussion on statewide and local issues that are important to them.
“Our first meeting addressed everything from property taxes to the environment to local schools,” Didech said. “There isn’t a topic too big or too small for us to talk about. I invite everyone who wants to work together to move our state and community forward to come by.”
