Carroll Opens New Constituent Services Office in Northbrook

NORTHBROOK, Ill. – Aiming to bring top notch services to local residents, state Rep. Jonathan Carroll, D-Northbrook, has recently opened a new constituent services office in Northbrook. All residents are encouraged to contact the office if they need assistance with contacting or navigating state agencies and services.

“It is important to always be putting the interests of everyday people at the top of my list, and people should know that my office will always be open,” said Carroll. “The services we provide go far beyond helping people with just questions. We regularly host events like property tax and income tax seminars and utility bill clinics to help people appeal their taxes and even lower some of their bills.”

Carroll’s new office is located on 3153 Dundee Road. Constituents can call Carroll at 847-229-5499 or email him at jc@repcarroll.com. The office offers services from helping constituents contact state agencies like Veterans’ Affairs, Human Services and offers monthly seminars on income taxes, property taxes, and other issues.

Beginning on Saturday, March 2, Carroll will be hosting monthly open office hours starting at 10 a.m. until noon on the first Saturday of each month.

“I always look forward to helping people access the services they need, and update them on the legislation that I am working on that will benefit them,” Carroll said. “I welcome everyone to come by and talk to me about any issue they believe needs to be addressed.”
