Yingling Joins Residents, Park District for Go Grayslake Event to Promote Community Health

ROUND LAKE BEACH, Ill. – State Rep. Sam Yingling, D-Grayslake, joined over 100 local residents and the Grayslake Park District for the inaugural “Go Grayslake” Community Walk on Sunday.

“Go Grayslake is an important initiative to encourage better community health and stress the importance of staying active,” said Yingling. “Walking even thirty minutes a day has long-lasting positive health benefits both physically and mentally. I’m looking forward to attending future community walk events with the Grayslake Park District and invite all of my neighbors to join me in this fun and collaborative initiative for a healthier Grayslake.”
