HARRISBURG, Ill. – State Rep. SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – In the wake of thousands of men and women coming forward to share their own stories of sexual harassment, and the passage of legislation in Illinois to help create new policies to help stop harassment, state Rep. HARRISBURG, Ill. – State Representative Natalie Phelps Finnie, D-Elizabethtown, is highlighting Heroin Abuse Awareness Day, which is on Saturday, Nov. 4, to bring attention to the opioid crisis and subsequent heroin epidemic that is ravaging the state of Illinois, especially Southern Illinois, which has some of the most rural, poverty stricken communities in the state.
