You can't keep a good man down!!! I'm glad to be back in Springfield working on behalf of my constituents and the people of Illinois following my recent knee surgery. I'd like to say a very special THANK YOU to all of my family and friends who sent prayers and well wishes over the last several days, your prayers and positive thoughts helped me through. I'd also like to thank my seat mate @repcarolammons for raising a Point of Personal Privilege on the House Floor to recognize and welcome me back to the chamber. Additionally, thank you to my colleagues for their prayers and well wishes during this time. #thankyou
